Richard M.
Tucek, CPA has more than twenty years of experience in
public accounting serving a variety of clients and
industries.
Mr. Tucek
obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from
Robert Morris University. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to merging
his practice with Scarano, Trump and Adelsperger, Mr. Tucek
worked for two local firms that specialized in middle market
businesses. In addition, Mr. Tucek had his own practice for
nine years before merging his practice. His experience with
these firms and his own practice provided him with a solid
background in the areas of auditing, accounting, individual,
business and estate taxation. Mr. Tucek's clients are in the
construction, contracting, medical professional services and
real estate industries, and other medium sized companies.
Michelle M.
Adelsperger, CPA
Shareholder
Michelle M.
Adelsperger, CPA has more than twenty years of experience in
accounting; seventeen in public accounting and over three
years in the private sector. She holds licenses as a General
Securities Representative with NASD and as a Pennsylvania
Resident Insurance Producer. She has specific expertise in
the construction, retail, non-profit and governmental
sectors.
Ms.
Adelsperger obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in
Business Administration with a major in Accounting from
Clarion University in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and
the National Association of Women in Construction. Prior to
joining Scarano, Trump, Adelsperger & Tucek (STAT), she
worked in the private sector for a defense contractor
learning all aspects of contracting and job costing. During
the seventeen years with STAT she has gained a wealth of
knowledge in the areas of accounting, auditing, business
consulting, financial and estate planning, and taxation for
individuals, businesses, trusts and estates. The majority of
Ms. Adelsperger's clients are in the construction,
professional services, wholesale and retail businesses.

Trump, CPA has eighteen years experience in public
accounting serving a variety of clients and industries.
Mr. Trump
obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in accounting from
Robert Morris University. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His eighteen
years of experience has provided him with a solid background
in providing accounting, auditing, consulting and tax
services. Mr. Trumps clients are in the construction,
manufacturing and restaurant industries along with other
small businesses.

Emil C.
Scarano, CPA has more than thirty years of experience in
public accounting serving a variety of clients and
industries.
He obtained a
Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Slippery
Rock University. He is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of
Certified Public Accountants since 1980. His experience has
provided him with a solid background in the areas of
auditing, accounting, individual and business taxation. The
majority of Mr. Scarano's clients are in the construction,
contracting and manufacturing businesses.
